• Women are living longer and retiring later (a trend set to continue)
   

• Many want the freedom to choose how they spend their later life; starting or scaling a business, volunteering, supporting others, investing, mentoring, philanthropy; the choice should be theirs.

• Many will remain economically active well into their 70s and 80s and do not want to navigate outdated stereotypes or limiting beliefs in the process
   

• Refirement seeks to empower mature women to take control and shape their later years, free from stereotyping and limitation, embracing it as a chance to reignite their passions, pursue new business ventures, and contribute to society in meaningful ways. We aim to dismantle outdated notions of retirement and inspire a movement of women who remain engaged, active, and entrepreneurial.
