• Our work includes research, connecting people with common aims to collaborate, training and information, all with the purpose of valuing the contribution of mature women who want more from their retirement.

The Rose Report about Women in Business 2019, suggested that if women set up and scales business at the same rate as men, it would be worth £250billion to our economy.  The report went on to say that the second fastest growing group of female entrepreneurs are the over 55's and yet their lived experience is filled with barriers and stereotypes that make starting a business doubly difficult.
