I trained as a holistic coach 30 years ago before founding an aromatherapy company.  After the sale of the company 15 years later, I retrained in my late fifties with Barefoot coaching as a resilience and mindset coach. My professional work was within resilience for clients in midlife, but never forgetting the overall holistic coaching to include the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual performance which always includes some change and challenges . I am also an NLP master practitioner. I have a wealth of both business and high- level sporting experience and am often asked to talk on radio or media programmes. I have run sessions on stress with CIPD and courses on being Fabulous and 50 & Sensational at 60! My pro- bono work includes acting over many years as a senior mentor for The Princes Trust, as a Governor and Trustee of a Charitable Trust.
