This agreement establishes a mentoring relationship between the Mentor and Mentee for the purpose of personal and professional development. Both parties must agree to the terms outlined below.

Frequency of Meetings: Sessions will be held (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) as agreed by both parties.

Responsibilities of the Mentee

• Define clear personal and professional goals.

• Take responsibility for their own learning and development.

• Come prepared for each session with questions, updates, and topics for discussion.

• Be open to feedback and act on agreed-upon action points.

• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

• Respect the mentor’s time and availability.

Goals & Expectations

The mentee aims to achieve the following key objectives during this mentorship period

Confidentiality

All discussions between the mentor and mentee shall remain confidential. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without mutual consent unless required by law

Termination & Review

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 7 days’ notice, provided a reason is communicated respectfully.

• A midpoint review will be conducted to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.

• Upon completion of the agreed-upon duration, both parties may decide to renew, modify, and conclude the relationship.

By signing this agreement, both the mentor and mentee acknowledge their commitment to the mentoring relationship as outlined above.
