Greenshoot HR supports micro businesses with HR - compliance with employment legislation, practical ideas and solutions, an opportunity to discuss out loud their concerns. In short, providing reassurance to business owners.

We provide contracts of employment, HR policies, advice on HR issues, follow up letters, liaison with other professionals (insurers, solicitors, payroll, accountants, business advisers and occupational health and therapists). We not only work remotely, but will attend meetings to support business owners and their managers in face-to-face meetings.

Business Builders is an SME business development membership for ambitious business owners who want to grow and scale their business. The community is supportive, practical and action oriented encouraging people to work on their business rather than just in their business.
