Membership Agreement

 

I confirm that I align with Refirement UK’s mission to empower mature female entrepreneurs and challenge outdated stereotypes.

 

I give permission for my business profile to be featured on the Refirement UK website.

 

I understand that this is a values-driven membership, and I commit to upholding the principles of the Refirement UK movement.

 

By becoming a member of Refirement, I pledge to uphold and actively promote the principles of the movement.

 

Specifically, I will: 

 

• Advocate for Change 

Use my voice, platform, and actions to challenge stereotypes about mature women in business and celebrate their contributions. 

 

• Support My Peers 

Engage with and uplift fellow members, sharing knowledge, resources, and encouragement to foster mutual success. 

 

• Lead by Example 

Embrace opportunities to grow personally and professionally, demonstrating that it’s never too late to thrive or innovate. 

 

• Promote Visibility 

Celebrate the achievements of mature women in my community, amplifying their stories and advocating for equal opportunities. 

 

• Commit to Lifelong Learning 

Seek out new skills, knowledge, and experiences, showing that growth and ambition are ageless.

 

Together, as members of Refirement, we will redefine what retirement looks like, create lasting social change, and inspire others to recognise the limitless potential of mature women.
