Benefits & Challenges

One of the most appealing aspects of life as a Kidslingo franchisee is the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you. You’ll enjoy the freedom to design your business while doing something truly rewarding.

Every day is a chance to inspire a love for languages in children, build strong relationships within your community and grow a successful business with Kidslingo’s proven model and support. The work is creative, challenging and, above  all, deeply impactful.

Being self-employed and running your own business can be a lonely place – but with the structure of the Kidslingo franchise around you with a warm and welcoming community – you fell part of a much broader community with multiple support structures in place.

The Kidslingo culture is collaborative, nurturing and driven by a shared passion for language education.

We operate an ‘open door policy’, believing in mutual respect and supporting each other in achieving both personal and professional goals.

This culture helps franchisees thrive in a positive and inclusive environment.

We place a strong emphasis on fostering a supportive, inclusive and positive culture that champions both mental health and diversity across our network.

A Case Study Success Story

Becoming a Kidslingo franchisee means joining a vibrant network of passionate individuals who bring the joy of language learning to young children. Each day as a franchisee is diverse, rewarding and filled with opportunities to make a lasting impact on young minds.

The daily will start with reviewing your schedule and ensuring your materials are ready. Kidslingo offers a wealth of resources, including lesson plans, props, songs, and activities, which you’ll tailor to suit the needs of your students.

For those managing a team of tutors, this may also include checking in with them and confirming their lesson schedules.

Teaching is often the heart of a Kidslingo franchisee’s day (although some do play just a management role).

You might run French / Spanish classes in nurseries, primary schools or community centres or provide private lessons at a family’s home or online. No two classes are the same and the children’s energy is infectious!

You’ll also manage the business side of your franchise. This includes responding to parent inquiries, updating class schedules and marketing your services. Kidslingo’s franchise package includes support with marketing, including robust central marketing campaigns, and guidance on building a strong local presence. You’ll also get hands-on support with social media posts, emails or local promotions to attract more students.
