Our current client profile is very wide - beauticians, consultants, day nurseries, charities, cleaners, window cleaners, estate agents, manufacturing, business supply chain etc.
The reality is that, whilst each business may have uniqueness, 'people are people'.
We listen to concerns with care and empathy, offering a range of practical solutions, taking into account the needs of the business, the emotional impact and the law.
We mostly deal with the 'shitty end of the stick', but we can also advise and support on positive HR matters - development, communication and benefits.
Work is charged for on a retained or ad hoc basis. This decision is based on the size of the project, whether there is likely to be future needs, or the preference of the business owner.
