Her career includes playing a key role in the creation and successful sale of 'Noble Live in Care', where she helped grow the business from inception to acquisition just prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. She has worked across the NHS, private homecare, live-in care, and agency sectors—bringing a rare depth of insight into healthcare enterprise and operations.

Known for her strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and willingness to embrace new ideas, Janet is a natural networker and advocate for lifelong contribution. Her skill set spans operations management, procurement, financial reporting, team building, and growth strategy—making her a vital part of the Refirement leadership team.
