Jayne Mannox

As founder and director of The Training Initiative Ltd, Jayne built a successful business delivering national contracts across apprenticeships, adult education, and employability programmes. She has held senior roles in further education and prisons, and now lectures in business and enterprise at University College Birmingham.

A natural problem-solver and critical thinker, Jayne is committed to supporting people who are often overlooked to step into their potential—whether through starting a business, re-skilling, or simply believing they have more to offer.
