She is the author of five business books and numerous articles that bridge the gap between business theory and practice. Wendy holds a Master's degree in Education and Professional Development, a suite of professional qualifications, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Outside of her business life, Wendy is also an accomplished author of espionage fiction, writing the *Daniel Grant ‘Secrets’* series under the pen name Wendy Charlton.
